Scott Anderson is a 20+ year IT Professional who has been employed by Dell Inc. for the last 9 1/2 years as a Software Support Analyst, specializing in VDI Solutions.
Scott has previously worked with Texas A&M University as a consultant, Xtria – Financial Services as a Systems/Network Administrator and as a Consultant with Nims Associates Consulting in Decatur, IL and Help Desk with CSC Intelicom in Champaign, IL.
Scott has numerous certifications with multiple vendors, including Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco and VMWare (not all are current, admittedly). Current certs include: MCSE 2012, All 3 levels of Citrix Virtualization Certs:CCE-V, CCP-V & CCA-V and Citrix Certified Instructor.
Along with his regular responsibilities of supporting Windows Server platforms, most recently he has been responsible for helping support Dell VDI Solutions, including Citrix XenDesktop/Provisioning Server desktop streaming solution, Citrix VDI in a Box and Merger & Acquisition support since the purchase of Wyse Technologies in 2012.
